We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on the Healthy Cousin Platform, and the applicable fees or consequences of doing so.
You may cancel your order free of charge within 2 minutes of placing it, before the merchant has accepted or started preparing your order.
Once the merchant has accepted and started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply.
To cancel an order:
If the Cancel Order option is no longer available, your order is already being prepared and cannot be cancelled through the app. Please contact support at support@healthycousin.in immediately, though we cannot guarantee cancellation at this stage.

Any applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. The net refund amount will be displayed before you confirm the cancellation.

In all such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5ā7 business days, or as wallet credits for faster resolution.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed as follows:
Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery partner has been dispatched, unless the cancellation was caused by Healthy Cousin or the merchant.
Excessive or repeated cancellations may result in restrictions on your account, including reduced access to certain features or order limits, at our sole discretion. This is to ensure fairness to merchants and delivery partners.
